This is only partly true.
Because sometimes you need that person to love you most at the moments when you really don't love yourself at all. Finding someone that knows your imperfections, who knows you like the back of their hand, and loves you with all of their heart in spite of all that? That's beautiful, pure, perfect love. If you find it don't ever let it go.
If you do you'll live every single day regretting letting that one person slip through your fingers.
